- Any job searcher who feels that a violation of this policy has occurred should immediately report the matter to their support@JobMatchPro.com. Each complaint will be investigated at JobMatchPro.com’s sole discretion and judgment and any remedies that are taken are at the sole discretion and judgment of JobMatchPro.com.
- JobMatchPro.com provides users, both Employers and job searchers, with a service and does not screen any content. Any violation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, harassment, intimidation, or coercion performed by any Employer is the sole responsibility of the Employer and all parties involved agree to waive any claims, damages, distress, or indemnation against JobMatchPro.com.
